At Wisconsin State Roleplay we know that not everything works out perfectly fine. Therefore we have a reporting system for Members to use within our Discord Server. This is a simple Guide on how to report another Member.

Within our Discord Server please go to a Bot Command Channel in our Server. In there you are able to use a Command via Astro Birb. Make sure that your Report has either a Photo or a Video as evidence and every Info our Staff needs to look into the Report.

Please make sure that you are properly Verified in our Discord Server to see the necessary Channels

Our Staff will look into your report and prove it as either Invalid or Resolved after reviewing it. Whether your report is Resolved or Invalid your Report will stay logged. In case of the report being Resolved our Staff will moderate the reported Member accordingly.

Please refrain rom pinging any Staff in a Channel to tell them that you created a Report as our automatic Bot System will ping our Staff. Pinging any Staff Member will not grant you quicker assistance but can lead to moderation of your Account.

Do not use the Report Command to report any Staff Member! Refer to the Moderation Policy!
