Mentions

In our Community Server we have strict Rules when it comes to mentioning certain Users. To prevent mass mentions or unnecessary mentions, this Rule is to be followed at any time.


Mentioning our Staff is only allowed when necessary and for a valid reason. You may not ping any of our Staff for no reason or to say hi.


Mentioning any of our Directive Members is strictly prohibited. Following the Chain of Command is therefore very important. If you have an inquiry that is important to a Directive Member you may create a Management Ticket and explain the Situation. If our Management is unable to handle it they will ping a Directive Member for you.


Mentioning any Staff inside of a Ticket is prohibited. Our Staff will automatically be pinged when you open a Ticket. When a Staff is available to Support you in our Ticket they will notify you.


Mentioning other Members is permitted when it's held to a low amount. Mass mentioning a Member will lead to moderation and a possible Timeout.


It is prohibited to mention any of our On Shift Staff while an ongoing Session. If you need In-Game Support you can call for a Staff in our In-Game Server , create a Post in our Game Reports Channel or create a Ticket.


Violating this Rule will have you be moderated by our Staff and if necessary timed out.
